Homemade Granola
This recipe is simple to throw together, and tastes great on its own or added to your favorite yogurt

- 3 cups Oats
- 2 cups Rice cereal
- 1 cup Thin Sliced Almonds
- ½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- pinch Salt
- Cinnamon to taste
Preheat oven to 300°
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients appear to be covered in maple syrup.
Spread mixture onto baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes; mix the granola on the baking sheet every 10 minutes to ensure the almonds do not burn.
Let cool completely on baking sheet.
Transfer to an air tight container.
