St. Patrick's Day Rice Crispy Treats

The perfect way to make a basic rice crispy treat festive

Equipment

  • 13X9 pan
  • spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 16 oz bag of mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 cups rice cereal
  • 3 cups Lucky Charms cereal

Instructions
 

  • Grease pan or line with parachment paper.
  • In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Once melted, add in vanilla and salt.
  • Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  • Add cereals, one cup at a time. Mix until well coated.
  • Pour into prepared pan, and spread with spatula or fingers.
  • Allow to set until completely cool; at least one hour.
  • Cut and Enjoy!
